Yesterday I told a local lady what I thought of the clinic that we both go to- told her on Facebook. She messaged that she would love to get together to talk about it. Fine. I suggested my backyard. The poor woman has big cancer issues. She actually showed up this morning and we had a very friendly chat- she sat on the other side of my back yard table and I sat on the swing. Nobody caught any body's germs that way. Hubby came outside and so did Peter cat. Wow. Peter marched right up to the lady and just that quick, rubbed on her so she gave him a massage. Both of them appeared to really enjoy the interaction. It looks like both of us have made a new friend. After that I drove the pups and me to a school that isn't far from my house. We met the lady there that has stood me up other times. All four of us had a good walk around that neighborhood. That part of town is where there are classic two story houses and lovely gardens. We walked at least half an hour, the pups busy at doing their best to not pay attention to me. I drove them home then went back to her house for a chat. My allergies are smacking on me pretty good today. Even so, its time I got back to staring at the short story that has been brewing. I hope your day is going well. The temps in my world are high summer warm and the starling family above me appears to be hearty and healthy.
