Irondale Police Department Police Officers are reporting the good news that four juveniles went missing on Sunday evening when they were tubing in the Cahaba River.
Thanks to the efforts of the drone planes and the Irondale Fire Department and volunteers who were able to find the four juveniles safe and sound on Monday morning.
What made the search more difficult was that the four juveniles did not have cellphones on their possession.

Wow 4 juveniles and no cellphones
That is something that I have never seen before.
But then again
If I was going on a river I would not take a cell phone with me in case it got wet

I know what you mean since it is odd for young kids not having cell phones with them.

I am in agreement with you that the juveniles have a lot of explaining to do to their relatives.

Did the 4 kids parents report that their kids went missing? How did the police authority know?

I am sure that the parent of the kids reporting them missing the source did not reveal if the police were asked to search for them or not.

Perhaps, their cellphones had been confiscated by their parents to stop them from going out like that, but still they went out.
Nobody should go out anywhere these days in the wild, without means of contacting others, as in this type of a situation, trouble usually raises its ugly head.
