I had to order some new shorts

It is no secret that I've lost about 100 pounds over the past 8 or so years due to a combination of working out at the gym, diet modification, divorce, and illness. I had kind of plateaued for the past year but I'm back on the downward slide. Shorts that I wore last summer that were a bit snug are now very baggy to the point where I can't put my phone in my pocket without worrying about them just falling down to my ankles. What is interesting to me is that they are J.Crew size 12 shorts. J.Crew is not known for "vanity sizing" meaning that their sizes are on the smaller end of things. Last night I ordered myself 2 new pairs of size 10s for this summer. I don't go out a whole heck of a lot during the summer but I do want to have some to wear if/when I do need to go somewhere. I typically order new pants/shirts in August for the upcoming school year but I do need some shorts to get me through the summer.
