Just another day in apartment life living

I've long written about the a-hole neighbor who smokes cigarettes and pot out on the landing all morning, day, afternoon, evening, and night. I've given up fighting with him about it because he doesn't care and I don't have the energy to fight with neighbors. This morning I took out a bag of recycles. The cleaning lady is coming but there is already a heavy bag of garbage and a lot of cardboard. Anyway as I was taking the bag out I hear "good morning sweetie". What? It was Smokey McSmokerson sitting out in his mother's car smoking pot. He seems to prefer using joints and bowls as opposed to edibles. Whatever. That's why we initially fought because his stink kept coming in here. He told me to just shut the windows and I was all "I shouldn't have to". He still stinks up the place on the regular. I don't know when he even sleeps because it is like every hour on the hour. But now to smoke in your mother's car when you aren't going anywhere? I don't even get it. I appreciate that the stink isn't in here but I would love to know the new mindset. hahahahaha
