Bob took a five and a half hour nap in the afternoon. He made us cheeseburgers for supper, then I went to bed at 7.
I expected rain all day yesterday, but it did not come, inspite of the forecast. We got it in abundance this morning, though.
The weather is affecting both of us. We shopped yesterday morning, and I brought home four bags of soil for planting. It just needs to be dry enough to get it done.
I am doing pretty well at getting everything I bought planted, except for the seeds. It is a better than usual year.
This morning I did not get here because I went thrift shopping. Best purchase was a nice mossy oak patterned jacket with a hood for Bob. Looks brand new and cost $6.

Wow! That was a good deal on that jacket! I need to go look for a jacket and jean shorts in my size at a thrift store, too. (I looked at the stuff at Walmart but they didn't have my size.)
I need to go check on the gourd seeds on the front porch and see if they need water and if they've sprouted yet.
It was storming when I took my morning meds but that doesn't mean the rain reached the pots on the porch. It's supposed to keep storming/raining off and on today.

Last night I went to bed at 9pm I was super tired and sleepy. I heard Robin woke me up but his father took care of him so I was able to get some good sleep. Taking a good nap during the day sometimes helps so much.

That jacket sounds a good buy. It's showering here on and off. We'll need to take umbrellas with us this afternoon as we'll need to walk two blocks to a concert we're going to.

It was forecasted to rain here yesterday morning, too, but it didn't. Nice and sunny yesterday and today, got lots of work done outside.
