I can't believe it either. I made it to the pool this morning. I exercised for thirty minutes in the water. The water was blissfully bathtub warm. It felt great to be able to move my legs- that sounds silly to people who don't have issues. For me, being able to move my legs up and down is a major issue. The water really helps.
Dog walker lady arrived promptly at 11. She is a sweet person. She is pregnant so in a couple of months it will be too much to deal with my pups. Hubby came out and talked with her about walking with her instead of her walking the pups- when she is further along toward having her baby. I wonder if he can walk for 30 minutes?
I hope everyone's day is going well. I hope the photo of my poppies shows up.

Yes indeed.
I know exactly what you mean.
I found that the pool helped me ss well after a bike crash leftmme unable to move my legs properly.
The only way you will find out if your hubby can walk for 30 minutes is I suppose to put it to the test now.

@GardenGerty Hubby happens to be blind. There are a couple little private booths that he could go into to get dressed but he hates the messing around then the getting to the pool is hard. Since he was so ill he has a harder time walking. I wish he would go. He used to swim when he was younger.

@Ineeddentures Hubby still shuffles when he walks. Worries me but being a nag just starts a fight.

I understand completely. When you have had trouble moving, anything that helps is blissful.

Just now
I'm glad you had time in the pool. I was able to post a pic about an hour ago.
