Year 24 is finished

Today was the last day of the school year. 
As expected the place was absolutely insane. There were more students in the halls than in actual classrooms by 7th period. I turned in my paperwork first thing and everything was packed up so I hauled ass out of there at 11:15am when the students were dismissed. I beat the buses out of the lot. 
We were supposed to get storms today but so far it is sunny. I had thought that the pool would be open daily starting this week but apparently the local school district doesn't end until next Wednesday. If it *was* open I'd be on my way over to the pool.
I am going to churn the ice cream I made this afternoon. Other than that I am just going to sit, relax, and enjoy the fact that I don't have to wake up with an alarm tomorrow morning.
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

My car has a new battery and we're still waiting for the workmen to show up this morning.
It's a shame the pool there isn't open during the week yet.
