Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 66 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 86. I turned off the air conditioning and opened up the windows.
It is my 2nd day of summer break so of course I woke up at 5:30am. It will take weeks for my body to get off of that schedule. . . just in time to have to set the alarm again. 
I have no plans for the day other than to get up to some kitchen projects. A local performer is at a waterfront restaurant/bar tonight at 6. My neighbor and I might go. She is waiting on test results from her doctor. (it doesn't look good) That would be fun as it is a nice place and early enough for us to still get to bed on time.
What's everyone else up to today?

I’ve had lunch. In two hours I have my annual physical with my “civilian” doctor.

Good morning... It is 69F in my part of Missouri this morning and we're supposed to reach a high of 91F and have sunny and bright skies all day. Not seeing clouds all day will be nice. 
The humidity right now is at 90% but we never turned off the AC last night. It's comfortable in the house.
I'm experimenting with some seeds. They came out of an old packet and I'm hoping some of them are still viable. I've got a paper towel folded on a saucer that I've gotten wet and placed the seeds between the sheets... Hopefully some of the sprout.
I'm not supposed to get the bandages on my hand wet so Pretty will have to wash dishes for the next week. Hopefully, that will happen. (I doubt she'll do it as often as I did but I guess miracles can happen.)
She's wanting to go out to eat tonight. We planned to do that last night but I wasn't feeling my best after the ER visit so came straight home instead.
