Almost everything I was planning to do today won´t be done. Leticia is ill and she is not coming.
As I was expecting her, I left the soiled dishes in the sink. And asked for groceries and for gas. I needed gas early as the heaters´ cylinders were empty and it is as cold as the South Pole. AND Martín was coming.
So I had to change my plans to plan B as well as it could be done. I told Martín not to come and slowly I´m taking the groceries out of bags and putting everything where the grocery belonged.
Martín told me how to wash the dishes with no cane when I called him. I´ll do it little by little.
I am glad that Leticia left some food cooked. And I´ll have Anita help me on Wednesday.
It is very cold here, friends.I ran out of gas yesterday morning.

I have never liked to wash dishes. You can move over. I´d give you lodge and meals (I love to cook) in exchange for cleaning up.

I'm sorry Leticia is ill. I hope she feels better quickly.
If we could figure out a way, I'd siphon off some of the heat here and send it to you... I'd also be willing to wash your dishes, too.

I´m doing exactly that. I will close my eyes to part of the soiled dishes. They won´t get too dirty if I have them soaking.

I don´t know. When I called her today her cough was horrible. But Anita will come on Wednesday. She can wash part of them.

I'm sorry Leticia is ill and did not come. I hope you have your gas for the heaters. I hate being cold. I would rather be too hot. Take care and stay warm.

Oh, Marga. I hate thinking of you being cold!! Can Anita maybe come an extra day this week?
I sure do wish you were close by. My family would help with whatever they could. Be careful and rest when you can.

I´m fine now that the gas arrived. I have had both heaters all day on. And I have been in my bad for part of the day.

If you don't have your extra blankets or heavy comforter out and they are upstairs, don't forget to send Anita or Leticia to get it for you so you will have it if it gets super cold! I am glad the gas is full now and the heaters are running. Stay warm and rest!

The man that brings the cylinders left everything working. I hope Leticia is better, Lately she has colds often.
