95 F Today

I don't mind that but I hate the humidity. It's very high today too. I have spent most of the day in front of my fan. Duke doberman is snoozing in front of one right now. He isn't handling this heat very well at all. But he is getting old. Hubby has to be in town at 6:30 in the morning. So another early day for me. But this will have those finished. Then I will have to take him to town for a follow up Wednesday. We will do the shopping while we are in town then. I just need a bath and put the chickens up. As it's almost 80 out yet I will not take my bath after I feed them. Hope you have a good day.

I am like you, I hate the humidity, but we are lucky here, the humidity is low, much better than our previous place.

@wolfgirl569 Mother Nature is mostly Stepmother Nature everywhere. We have earthquakes here and elsewhere they have either tornados or floods. I don´t mind my climate usually but in other places you need either Central heating, Air conditioning or both.

It was a hot one today! I hope tomorrow is better. We stayed inside most of the day today. I did manage about 5 minutes of weeding early this morning and that was it. Tomorrow I have to see about changing out water in the chicken coop though.

I agree that it feels hotter if the temperature is high and especially it is moist. Now it's about 35 centigrades here and it's about 95 F in your side.

There were parts of town that got a soaking (and cooling) rain today. I don't live in one of those lucky parts of town. The heat index did drop to 97 for a while, and I told my brother to get his parka out.

We had high humidity and heat again today. We had some storms come through a couple of hours ago, and the temperature has dropped, but I haven't been outside to feel if the humidity has moved out.

Over the weekend my mother power-washed the house. Yesterday she wanted me to move stuff back on the front and back porches. I could only do the front porch. It was too hot and I had a headache. I took some medicine and worked on my boyfriend's diamond painting. My headache did go away.
