Frustration at work.

You know I enjoy my work at Guitar Center. But we a have had some bad juju there recently. We are seriously understaffed, which means long lines, frustrated customers, and overworked staff. Yesterday it got to the Manager, who has to run around putting out small fires. She was yelling at her workers and in general being a pain. I hope the "chill vibe" returns to our store. The folks in the Lessons Department are really supportive of each other.

That's how it was getting to be at Walmart when I left there... Frustrated customers, understaffed and the morale was sub-par... I ignored what I couldn't change and just did my job to the best of my ability. I hope things get better there soon.

Nothing good comes from yelling at good employees. I hope she can find a way to de-stress so she doesn’t take it all out on you guys. I mean you don’t seem to take it personally, but a lot of people would.

At least them were not big fires. She should not yell at anyone. That's isn't nice. I hope the chill vibe returns as well.
