After a month of moon what else can come but a month of the hot sun!! That’s right, it’s time to slather on the suntan lotion and enjoy a month of songs with sun, sunny sunshine, sunrise, or sunset in the title. Just no sun of a gun.

We’ll have the first group in alphabetical order, then I’ll make you put on the sunglasses with my top ten at the end. A few surprises, maybe? Meanwhile, enjoy this great teaser song, a classic tune from Fiddler on the Roof.

We had the hottest month of June I can remember, but it ended with a good refreshing thunderstorm. Beautiful 1st day of July here. Thank you for the link, I remember the movie, this is a great song.

Fiddler on the Roof is a great movie, and Topol should have won an Oscar for his performance. Just a shame he was up against Gene Hackman and The French Connection.
