Yesterday, we were cravings for Chinese food. At the mall we were in, we got three options but the first one, we just ate there a few days ago so it's a no.
The second Chinese restaurant was supposed to be good but they do not have all the food we want to eat. Even they don't have chicken. So we have to go to the newest restaurant.
There, we were offered the Salted Egg Fried Chicken - their best seller. They don't have any other chicken dish besides this one. So we ordered. But boy oh boy, I don't know why it become a best seller in the first place. I don't recommend this to others. It's a bit salty and sweet but its dry because it was fried and it has no sauce. Blah.
Would you try this?

Oh yes
I really would try that Raquel
It actually looks really great..
A sauce for it would be easy enough to rustle up
Some greek yogurt, coriander and mint, and a wee bit of garlic

A dip!!
Greek yogurt can have loads of stuff added to it to make a dip.
And you can spice it up.
If the chicken was placed in a marinade for 2.or 3 hours before cooking, it most likely would not dry out, and the marinade would add a bit of flavour.
I really could jazz that.chicken up I to something very very tasty

I wouldn't want it after the way you described it, no...
Pretty wants to go get Chinese from a local restaurant today as long as I can see to drive after they open this afternoon... We'll order Springfield-style Cashew Chicken. It's breaded and deep fried white meat chicken with a cashew sauce, cashews and green onions sprinkled over it. YUM!

@rakski It's my favorite Chinese-American food!
My eyes swelled shut for a while this afternoon. I can see to cook but not well enough to drive.

I hope that they can add sauce to the fried chicken. I think it's delicious though.

Anyway that's your choice to be there. And at the time it's your first experience. Since you're not impressed of their best food, it's practical not to eat there anymore.

I've actually had that plenty of times — it's really good! I guess it all just depends on where you ate it and how it's cooked or your personal taste. I even tried cooking it at home myself!
