Happy Tuesday and Happy July Everyone! Morning is starting off cloudy and the likelihood of thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight. Woke up to the rumbling of thunder in the middle of the night and I said a quick prayer that the power wouldn't go out. It's just too hot to be without the a/c. My daughter came home mid-afternoon yesterday from her girls weekend. She had a wonderful time but today she's back to work and I could hear her work phone ringing even before it was 9am. I'm sure she was hit with a lot of stuff since she was off yesterday. July comes with a holiday this week plus a whole bunch of birthdays. My son and first granddaughter both have the same birthday (the 10th), my other granddaughter is on the 19th and two friends also have the same birthday on the 21st and then one more friend at the end of the month. Once July is over I can relax as there aren't any more birthdays until October. Yesterday I put in an order from Bath & Body Works for some new soaps. They are running a sale but I was so disappointed that they were out of stock on some of the scents I really like. Thankfully I was able to get enough for the upstairs bathrooms and some for the kitchen. They have a really nice kitchen lemon which is love and I recently tried their kitchen orange which is also nice. Aside from shopping, reading, crocheting and watching tv () there isn't much happening here. What's going on with you these days?
