Why not? I have all of the ingredients on hand already and although the rain has stopped the sun hasn't come out yet. The recipe is easy enough to do though you do have to proof the rolls in the fridge overnight so it does take time to get to the finished product. It is recipes like these that remind me why I LOVE my KitchenAid stand mixer. You have to have it knead the dough for 20 minutes. I can't imagine how long it would take to do by hand.

Honestly, it doesn't take all that long working the dough by hand. I used to make homemade cinnamon rolls when I was in my twenties to my forties... Then the doctor told me to stop making so much homemade bread... I started buying cinnamon rolls after that.

I love the way the house smells when I make cinnamon rolls. Not to mention having one to eat! So, so good.
