I am home from Guitar Center. I will head to bed soon. I watered my garden this morning, and added a bit of Miracle Gro Quick Start to the water. My sunflowers are looking happy, and my lone tomato plant has yielded me a delicious-looking Roma tomato..I will harvest it soon.
I need to buy some corn seeds Io have my garden remind me of my college days in Iowa.
How does your garden grow? What are you planting right now?
Note from the Martinez CA Police: We suspect that the man who wrote this post may be involved with the snow pea plants (yielding prodigiously) at a local medical facility. Snow peas are supposed to be a WINTER crop, not a Summer crop,in California .If you have information that could lead to arrest of this man, please provide it here.

Miracle Grow is a great product ..
I used it on Strawberries one year and the berries were absolutely stunning ..
My garden is all grass and shrubs
With a Raspberry patch in a big square planter I put together using railway sleepers
When the fruit appears i will post.
I have done it a bit different this year.
I cut everything right back to the ground in February and the new growth is spectacular but the crop will be later than it has been the last few years
Hope it's a bumper crop

@TheHorse Do you not use turmeric in your cooking a condiment that is a must in most dishes? It is normally sold in powder form

@TheHorse It seems that we live on a bunny trail. Huge bunnies. Other critters too. We had a horrible time keeping them out of our garden. We thought about trying again, but haven’t.

@Tampa_girl7 We have bunnies here, the local solution seems to be raised garden beds that keep the plants high enough off the ground that Thumper can’t chew on them. Said raised garden beds are also helpful for preventing gopher damage.
I recommend the YouTube channel and website Epic Gardening: he explains how to set up the beds. I hope this helps.
(another option is to plant hot chili peppers and barrel cacti around your garden perimeter for defensive gardening, now that I think about it.)

Good that you added some Miracle Gro to your planting water. I remember a corn we used to plant. Something and Pearls. Very sweet.

I no longer have a garden... Pretty won't help me water it when I can't see to get outside, so no more fresh veggies for me!
To the Martinez CA Police: I believe your suspect goes by the name "pony"... I'm positive that is an alias and he is wanted in several states for illegal plantings. I hope you can catch him immediately... He is believed to be dangerous and should be taken off the streets for the safety and sanity of all law-abiding citizens.

Your garden looks good. I cannot get good fresh tomatoes so always have some canned. I no longer have a place to plant anything,

I’m doing well with my cherry tomatoes but I fear my rhubarb has given up….hopefully more veggies will be grown next year.

Enjoy your lone tomato there. I have not seen my garden in two months. But husband keeps bringing brinjal, chillies, cucumber, spinach etc down. I think that it must be green and good with all the rain here. My indoor plants that I see everyday are doing great.

@TheHorse it's upstairs. I couldn't climb more than 10 stairs due to my surgery. Doctor adviced to avoid stairs for few weeks. Now I can go back
