I did hear from my doctor's nurse. They thanked me for bringing by the labs. The doctor will want to see me. If I get to be in a lot of pain I should go to the ER. She says that the labs were long enough past that they may have already improved. It has only been about two weeks, but she would know. About all I can say is that I am going to think long and hard about any new medications. I feel like the statins and the other diabetic medicine really contributed to those levels. Of course eating too much fat and sugar did as well. The peaches are all either frozen or in the refrigerator. I was amazed as there was almost no peaches with bad spots and bruises. They were lovely. I need to get something made to eat for this evening, and maybe mow a bit. We may have rain tomorrow. Of course I will be here a bit more as well.

Hello again Can I ask when you are making the Cobbler. I told Yvonne you were maybe.going to make one And Yvonne is obviously curious if it's something she can do.

Maybe tomorrow morning. I picked a really simple sounding recipe, it uses baking mix, something like Bisquik. I do not know what you have available. So 9x13 pan, melt about 4T. butter in it. Make a batter--1 c baking mix I cup sugar add cinnamon to taste. In another bowl stir I cup milk and 2 eggs, combine with the dry stuff, pour over the melted butter DO NOT STIR. On top of that pour 4-5 cups sliced peaches,DO NOT STIR bake at 400 F. until brown , about 40 minutes. There are lots of recipes online, this one just looked easy.

Oh, I am and the doctor said that she would not be surprised if the numbers have already gone down. I tend to eat the wrong things especially when stressed or bored. I have been both for a bit.

You know I'm always rooting for you. I told Pretty that when I can see to drive, I want to go to a fruit stand and buy peaches! I'm really jonesing for some now! I'm fixing some of the chicken fries for "lunch" right now. We can have some steamed veggies to go with them.
