What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
Years ago I'd be in the middle of serving a huge spread at a barbecue for family and friends. Tonight? Nah I'm alone here in the apartment with the cat crew. I'm making roasted chicken breast with "blue Q" (blueberry BBQ sauce) and cheesy squash casserole. If I want to get crazy I can do a box of StoveTop stuffing but I don't think that will be necesary.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

That sounds good. What do you put in homemade mayo besides eggs and lemon juice?

@snowy22315 I found a grand dump it in the blender recipe for mayo. I put in one egg then a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, tablespoon of yellow mustard, tablespoon of water and tablespoon of white vinegar. Also a little soy sauce for salt and any seasoning you like- cayenne, for instance. Dump all that into the blender. Have the middle cap off the blender. Have a cup of oil ready. Put a spoon of so of oil into the blender mixture then turn the blender on and slowly slurp in that cup of oil. In five minutes you should have mayo. Not super thick mayo but good mayo.

I just got done eating barbecued Terayaki chicken skewers a hot dog, beans and corn on the cob, with a smore for dessert. Good stuff.lot of running back and forth though

That sounds delicious.. blueberry BBQ sauce is such a fun twist!
Tonight, probably pasta with garlic and olive oil, and maybe a side salad if I'm feeling fancy.

Here we have several sticks of pork barbecue bought by wife from a night vendor along the foitwalk near our house.
