Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 71 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 85. Perfect! I slept until just after 8am today. That was to be expected since I was up for a couple of hours in the middle of the night. I woke up with my sweet Princess Claire Floofypants Wigglebutt on the bed with me. I just love her. No big plans for the day other than going to the pool. A male couple I know and saw yesterday said they would be there again today. I expect my friend with the young daughter will show up as well. I'm hoping that the female couple makes it over there. One of them just lost her father and she has been (understandably) distraught. Her wife walked through the pool area the other day just to say hi to everyone. If I get ambitious I will start working on cleaning out the fridge. I will have to toss a lot of stuff and I'm okay with that. I don't think it is okay but I'm not going to beat myself up for having to throw stuff out. If I could I'd just have them take the whole thing and start over.

Good morning... I just woke up for the second time this morning. It is 9:30 am and 78F in my part of Missouri. Our high today is supposed to reach 88F by late this afternoon. It's somewhat cloudy but we aren't supposed to see any rain today. I just looked out my bedroom window and can see the grass sparkling from the heavy dew that fell earlier this morning. If it dries up before it gets too hot outside, I'll go out and see if I can mow up against the house where the riding mower couldn't reach it. We also need to mow the driveway and the side yard around the car. If I can see well enough later, we need to go pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy and get some groceries at Wally World. As far as I know, nothing else is going on around here today. Have a good day.
