Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a great start. It is 78 degrees F, humid, and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 86 and we are expecting rain and storms all day. It is not going to be a pool day. 
I woke up at about 6am because of course on a Monday off. 
2 of the cats were on the bed with me. They are so funny.
No big plans for the day since the weather is going to be crappy. I will continue to work on clearing out the fridge. I want to make an angel food cake to use up some of the egg whites that I have from making so much ice cream. I have some strawberries and will make some vanilla pudding (from scratch) to make a trifle. Yum. I also want to make some more bread and butter pickles and maybe pickle some carrots. We shall see.
What's everyone else up to today?

Oh another day another let down

Was supposed to get a delivery
Never got a tracking update
Then at 6pm got an email
Package delayed in transit
Won't get it until tomorrow
Won't know what time until after 11am
It's age verification stuff so got to be here

Good morning... It is 68F in my part of Missouri this morning with 100% humidity. Our high might reach 86F by late this afternoon, depending on the rain/storms we get today.
My eyes are still swollen but feel like they're trying to swell up more so I probably won't get the car tagged or drive to the grocery store...
There's nothing else planned for the day.

A trifle sounds good. Cousin #2 came over and did her usual; and I made 9 calls today. They went pretty smoothly. Didn't have to wait a century on the phone or go through hoops to talk to a real person.
