Another overly warm summer day..but at least it isn't as humid as yesterday, so thankful for that. Not too much to say today. I hope everyone has a great day today, and enjoy whatever you get into. I am going to make some zuchinni roll ups later that are supposed to taste like lasagna without the noodles. Have a good one!

I just put the fan on a few minutes ago. I am noticing the funny tree out front. It lalways starts to look yellow on the underside of it from in here, when you go out though it is green. I think the leaves are beginning the dying process, but it wont be evident really for a couple of weeks.

@LadyDuck We start noticing yellow falling leaves here in July, but it is typically a bit later in the month. As a matter of fact, sitting here one day I noticed some falling in the woods. I was thinking at first it was too dry, but it really hasn't been super dry.

I think it will be. I like all the ingredients. Slicing the zuchinni correctly could be an issue though. They are supposed to be a certain thickness.

I gave up on the roll ups and just made a zucchini lasagna. I hope it's good, cuz I will be eating all week and freezing the rest. They recommended a mandolins to slice the zucchini. I have one but it is cheap no marking on it.

Not much happening here. It's already hot and I just hope the thunderstorms expected later today aren't too bad.

The son has been asking for homemade lasagna. I generally make more than one lasagna at a time, and freeze it in portions for him as he loves it. I guess I am going to have to get busy and just do it soon.
So far, my day has consisted of caring for son's needs, doing several loads of laundry, and cleaning the bathroom. I know, I know...so very exciting!
