Last night I cooked some artichokes and today I went to the kitchen to make a mayonaise for them.
The mayo has had lots of troubles. I was going to make it last night and discovered that the mini pimmer wasn´t well washed. Anita´s and my fault. I´m lazy and leave some kitchen stuff for Anita to wash and she is not too tidy. So last night I washed it again and left it drying.
I had to make mayo with 2 eggs because the first one had problems. I don´t know if the kitchen was too cold or the mini pimmer still had some water.
Now I will eat artichokes with mayo (I´ll warm the artichokes) and I also have some baked trout to eat with bread, mayo and maybe a bit of green hot pepper.
What are you having for lunch, dinner? Do you like artichokes?

I don't remember if I've ever tried an artichoke... I remember mom eating them.
I've got chicken laid out to thaw in the fridge and am thinking I'd like pasta with chicken in it for lunch in a few hours.
I hope you enjoy your lunch.

I´m not eating chicken lately. I ate too much chicken when I had diverticulitis and now I am on fish and seafood.

I do not like artichokes. I had them as a kid. Tried them again as a teen and tried once more just recently. I really wish that I did like them because they are so good for you.
Maybe I can find a sauce that will cover up the taste, lol.
I am making big fat hamburgers today. I'll bake the potato wedges and doctor up the canned baked beans with garlic, onions and brown sugar. I have fresh cherries and a new mango cranberry juice to try.
I am impressed that you make your own mayonaise.

@Vikingswest1 Spanish tortillas are thick omelettes and have not much to do with the Mexican ones.

I have made tortillas, but it's easier to just buy them. You do such creative things with food. I am impressed.

I had a PB&J and an ice cream bar for dinner. I think I've had artichokes. They are OK.
