The weather is "spotty"

There are clouds in the sky, and we saw places that had received some rain as we drove back from Newton. Even had a few sprinkles on our windshield.
It has made both Bob and I sleepy.
For lunch we had some very nice sandwiches from the grocery store. Turkey tzatziki sandwiches, on good bread.
Now it is sunny and hot outside. I am still going to take a rest. Bob is already napping.

It rained a lot overnight but the skies are mostly clear now. I hope they stay that way as I have washing on the line.

We are supposed to have big storms tomorrow, and possibly one later tonight. I want to swim hopefully the storms won't interrupt.

It has been storming off and on here for the last two days. It's raining right now.
Your lunch sounds delicious! Pretty has another pot of stew going now, I cut up onions and bell peppers for her to use in it. I'm not sure when it will be done and I'm getting hungry...
I opened the front door and stepped outside and it feels nice enough with the rain falling.
I hope you have a good nap, too.

Spotty you say? First flashing lightning and thunder scares me then driving rain and now it all cleared up, I have had it with this weather and my friend from down below told me today that Florida is considered to be one of the best places to live have they forgotten hurricane season?

Alexa just told me it's going to rain between 6-8 pm today but it sure doesn't look like it outside. It's sunny and 93F
