So, I posted at the weekend that The Mister had to take his van firstly to get new tyres then for its yearly MOT. Pleased to say that it passed.
Bit of a pain that he had to have a day off work to take the van in to the garage but that’s the way things are.
Anyway, hopefully now it’s got a new windscreen and new tyres there won’t be anything else major to be done. It’s a good thing that the company pays for it though !

Well done on the van passing it's MOT
Rod will be a happy man

@Ineeddentures bad luck more like ….
If there’s a ditch he will fall down it
If anyone is stuck in a field it’s him
If a tiny tiny pebble is going to hit a windscreen it will be his
If a battery suddenly goes flat it will be his

I'm still waiting on copies of tax records here before I can take our car for the inspection and new registration. I'm glad the van passed after the new windshield and tires.

The windscreen was a definite fail ….so that had to be done before the MOT

@traceyjayne Excellent. Mine’s due in September. Here we have to turn up at a government testing centre for it after having the prep done. I believe you’re a bit different in England.

Yes we are different here …. Take car to garage who checks things and says yay or nay …. You do get a certificate for a year though.

We don't have that here but I'm glad the vehicle passed the test. It would be pretty awful if it didn't.
