Yellowstone sits on a large geothermic spot with underground volcanoes under it. Some feel that it may be near an eruption. Recently several people were concerned about animals appearing to make a mass exodus from the park. It was later stated that it was part of an annual migration. Nonetheless, the latest seismologists are saying is that there may be less notice of a Yellowstone eruption than they think there might be. Stay tuned. Hopefully, it will end up being nothing.

I have watched a couple of shows saying that if it erupts it could wipe out at least the U.S. It is a huge volcano

They say people are reading into it. It is part of their annual migration.

They get so many visitors in the summer, it would be the worst time of the year for it to happen. I am hoping it is not a sign of anything ominous.
