We just ate at a restaurant, Peri-Peri. They are known for The Charcoal Chicken. But when we received our orders and while eating, my husband's part of chicken was not cooked properly. You can still some reddish parts. So we requested for them to cook it again. But they replaced it whole again and cooked very well this time. What's for dinner/breakfast/lunch?

Poorly cooked chicken meat is so dangerous. I hope they replaced your meals.

I also don't want chicken with blood. I had experienced it also before at another fastfood chain and they also replaced it with a whole piece.

I am actually very surprise that this will actually happen to fast food as they usually deep fried their chicken.

Wow! That usually doesn't happen here. They take the dish back and the cook will cook it again, normally. I'm glad you all enjoyed your dinner. Uhm... I know I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich for breakfast yesterday and may eat the same thing again in the morning. I just peeled boiled eggs so I could make some chicken salad for sandwiches for lunch tomorrow if Pretty makes her own lunch. (She won't eat chicken salad sandwiches.)

I'm glad they replaced your husband's meal. Partly cooked chicken isn't at all acceptable.

I do think that it is totally unacceptable. Most respectful restaurant will dispose the chicken and cook new ones. But there is one I think just cook the existing one and send it back to the table after that.

That we usually order here. The store is Oling Roaster. The chicken tastes good if it's roasted by charcoal.

I have an experience during the Chinese New Year where we were having reunion dinner in a result. When we are having steam fish, the meat was red and looked uncooked. We raised the issue immediately to the service captain and request for them to redo it again. The rest of the customers also faced with the same problem as well. But the second time was all right after that.

It’s good that they replaced it. We had piri piri chicken and fries and then mint choc chip ice cream…..cooked by The Mister as we ate at home.

That's good...Eating something that is not cooked well, especially any meat can cause problems. Good that you reported and got it replaced. I had my breakfast of idli ( steamed balls of fermented rice and black lentils batter), sambhar ( lentils cooked with loads of veggies, spices and tangy tamarind pulp) and coconut chutney. Yummy. Fulfilling and super healthy.

Restaurants nowadays are more careful. They know that some people can do social media post about it
