WHAT IS IT CALLED?

I saw this beautiful flower in a place where we stay during our 3-day stay-in seminar. It caught my attention that I took my phone to capture it.
There’s not much leaves on it but only these flowers. This was the first time that I saw something like this. I have seen a lot of flowers which name I am not familiar with and its one of them.
Anyone here who knows what is it called and where does it come from?

It's a Canna lily, a variety of Canna indica (Indian Shot), known for its vibrant, showy flowers and bold foliage.
