As you know, I treat myself to Sushi every other week or so. I even made some chicken buillon, so I could pretend it was Miso soup. Do you ever pamper yourself?

I like sushi and this is one of my favorite foreign food. Sometimes I will make sushi at home since it is not difficult for me.

Oh, yes I do pamper myself. Too often sometimes. Be glad you aren't in Hawaii. They are telling people there not to eat raw food. Can you imagine -- in Hawaii? A lot of sickness there right now.

I'd like to but haven't had the opportunity. I want to go to Red Lobster and Longhorn Steakhouse and I want a pizza, some Chinese food and BBQ chicken tenders from Dairy Queen.

I tried pampering myself once. It was a drag because everyone thought I was the President.

The idea of pampering doesn't always have to mean extravagance, sometimes it’s just about honoring what makes us feel grounded or cared for, like your sushi nights.

Wow, that's a nice way to treat yourself. My way of pampering myself is having nice hot bath, slow mornings while drinking my coffee, and a little bit of reading my favorite books.
