Brewing Headache.

I went out earlier to buy some groceries. There was just a little rain, after sometime when I came back I suddenly felt a brewing headache coming. It’s that slow, creeping kind, lingering in my head. The one that starts with a bit of pressure at the back of the head and works its way through all of my head. Now I can feel it on top of my head and eyes. Ugh.

I felt cold last night and I got headache too. Sitting in a room temperature helped me feel good again. I hope that this helps.

I did take one. I'm glad that the pain killer and sleep helped. I just woke up after my trip to the loo at 1am and I don't feel much headache

i think thats migraine. you need to drink a lot of water. and try to put some ice at back of your neck. that works for me. but if my migraine gets worst i drink medicine.
