My Setup This Morning

Normally when we're in the camper, the Keurig is in the kitchen/living room area and I spend my time sitting at the dining table. We have a bunk room, and when we have guests, they generally choose to sleep in there. It's like their own little private space. But our guest, this time, decided to sleep in the living room on the pull out bed in there. I'm always the earliest riser, so I turned the bunk room into my morning spot to have my coffee and tool around on myLot and the Internet so I am not disturbing anyone. I think the setup works well enough.

It's nice that you had another option available to you and you didn't have to disrupt your morning routine too much.

@porwest It's always great when you can find versatile uses for every square inch of space in a camper/RV, especially since there isn't much room in them to begin with.

@moffittjc Yeah, there really isn't much to work with. You really have to maximize everything.

The bunk room, a space we thought might not be too useful when we first bought it, has become a rather universally useful space. It can be a private room for guests. It can be a storage and changing room. And this time, it was a place to be away from sleeping guests in the main space.

At least you have an alternate place to have your coffee this morning. Hope you're having a good time camping

Yeah. I have to have my coffee, AND my personal time, and this little setup gave me both.

That would definitely give you a lot of "extra" time. I used to be a night owl when I was younger, but that changed for me probably about 20 or more years ago.

It's good you have a little place where you can go to have your coffee.

The bunk room has come in quite handy despite us being inclined to think it might be wasted space when we first bought it. It is sometimes a guest room, and it's our changing room and storage room when it's just the two of us, and this time it was a little quiet space while the living room was being used for a sleeping guest. I can't imagine not having it now.

Whenever we camp, it's typically three nights. Usually Thursday, Friday and Saturday, leaving on a Sunday to return home.
