Loose goat in Fort Washington Maryland

A male goat named Billy has been gaining fame in the streets of Fort Washington Maryland.
Fort Washington resident Jeffrey Herbert saw the goat he calls Billy saw the goat on the streets of the same city on Monday June 23.
Animal control officers have seen Billy the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) man times in Fort Washington area but capturing him has yet to become a reality.

Maybe Billy feels safe in the neighborhood and is having a great time wandering around. Animals will never stay to a place when they are threathened.

I remember persons who own goats saying that are great for keeping their lawns looking good by eating the grass.
