Hello! Have not been around in awhile it is summer here we normally are in the water but with my health issues we have not even been doing that. At my last appointment we found out the issue with my hip with the tingling and numbness is I have bursitis in my hip more physically therapy and stretches which he said I can do at home as well. My physical therapist is getting ready to go on vacation for 2 weeks after tomorrow so I will be doing all my stuff at home for 2 weeks . Just thought I would stop by and let everyone know what is going on

Hi Tina Not so good about the Bursitis. Have you tried applying an ice pack to the hip for a out 10 to 15vminutes at a time And also resting and not putting any pressure on it And taking paracetamol and Ibuprofen The Ibuprofen will help reduce the swelling

@Tina30219 I have ice packs galore. One time I had 6 on my leg at once Fairly did the trick. Left them all on until they melted Then out them back on the freezer and did the same again. From not being able to walk at all I was almost able to run the next day

that sucks, sorry to hear, but as long as you can do your therapy at home that' saves you some extra time & gas, the pool should help as well.

I wish there was a place close by that had a pool we could go I would love that for sure. Yeah it sucks but at least I can do it at home and you are right it definitely saves on gas for sure
