Are they serious?

I had purchased a four-pack of Osmo spices from Amazon and recently received an email to leave a review. After doing that a page appeared that said review submitted. Below that it said: Rate 6 more products, and we’ll tell you a joke. Underneath were some items I had purchased and it was asking me to rate/review them. I’ve never experienced this before. Were they actually gonna tell me a joke if I rated six more products?

Yes, and the jokes are purely “dad” jokes. Every single joke they have showed me has been corny as could be.

Very interesting. It's rare that I leave reviews on products I purchase, unless it is a big-ticket item. But when I order small stuff, I don't really bother with a review. Do people really care to look at a review of the roll of paper towels I ordered on Amazon? LOL

@lovebuglena I’m kinda the same way, I just like to read the reviews just to get an idea. The only time I will let the reviews sway my decision is if they all consistently complain about something bad about the product.

Some people care about reviews before they buy stuff. Not me. I may look at some just for the heck of it but I don’t base my decision to buy something based on reviews.
