What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I'm making homemade Uovo in Raviolo which are ravioli that contain a ricotta mixture with an egg yolk nestled in the center. You cut into them, the yolk runs out and mixes with a butter sauce, and YUM! I made the pasta dough earlier and put it in the fridge while I napped because it contains eggs. It is now resting on the counter and coming up to room temperature. You can't work with cold pasta dough.

I had a toasted turkey sub from Subway along with jalapeño chips and applesauce.

I am not a fan of Subway...I know some people love it, but I would rather make my own sandwich at home than pay the ridiculous prices they charge, not to mention it does not really look all ''fresh'' like they claim. But hey, you are traveling, and no doubt you were tired when it was time to eat.

I just slid a pork roast with spices, onions, potatoes and garlic with butter sauce into the oven for late lunch. It should be done in about an hour. (At least I can check the potatoes then and make sure everything is done.)
