@jstory07 Oh I see. Do review the fire insurance policy to see if your coverage are sufficient. Also check if there are any exclusion to the policy. Some of the insurance companies may use the act of god as an excuse not to provide the payouts. So we will have to make sure that it is not the case.

I am happy to hear it’s out. We have wildfire smoke here from way up north but no fires near us, thankfully. Scary stuff!

I get nervous when we have field fires and they aren't even close to where I live--but have gotten within a few miles. Often they never know how they start.

That's good news. I am surprised that it was contained so quickly. Some of those things burn for weeks. Has your air cleared up yet?

I am pleased to hear that Judy how worrying. A very dear friend of mine in California lost everything a few years back when their home was ingulfed in flames. It was as if there whole life disappeared precious photos mementoes. It took a few years to get over it. They now live in a more urban area. What a worry for you.
