Rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated. It's just a routine check-up.
Hopefully my bp and oxygen will still be normal.
By back pain is about the same, even with swimming almost every day.
I am not sure if we have music practice this afternoon.
How is your day shaping up on this sunny and cool Monday morning?

I drove Pretty to the doctor's office this morning for a blood draw, then we went shopping and are home and the groceries put away. (I got a huge pizza at Wally World that doesn't fit in the fridge/freezer whole so I cooked it and cut it into 8 slices. I'm eating one and will bag the rest up so I can put them in the fridge to eat over the next few days. It's an all-meat pizza and is delicious!)

Well your lungs are and I suspect that your whole respiratory system and circulation are too.
Very good for a middle-aged man

Oh, that's good to know. Hope all is normal. My daughter has back spirs. She has a lot of pain from that.
My day is going along pretty well. Trying to get a lot done on Mylot.

Hope all goes well with your check up! Argh with pack pain - Hubby deals with lower back/sciatica pain.
It's cool right now, but I know it'll get hotter later and through the week. My high schooler actually starts school on Friday (yah, weird), so we're going to squeeze last minute stuff in before then!

It's Monday evening here. It was another day with rain, clouds and drizzle with sun trying to come out for a while. This ongoing depressing weather for almost a month is making me really lazy. Overall, it was a good Monday.
