Hey there! Instant update time!
I just had a great lunch and conversation with another myLotter! The unfortunate victim this time was @AmbiePam !
She was terrific. We had lunch at Chuy’s and chatted as if we were old friends. Thanks to myLot, we ARE!!
She’s so sweet, she even prayed for a continued safe trip for me. 
I feel terrible: I asked her to ruin her day by meeting me, I picked the restaurant, and SHE paid for lunch!
Back on the road for more fun (like a stop at my Mecca, the National Weather Service), but I can’t help but thank Amber for a great time at lunch!!!
She requested no photos, so this is the Elvis shrine at the Chuy’s we ate in.

I just read Amber's post all about your meal together.
I think that it is just wonderful that you met her, and I am sure that you both had a great time together.
And such a sweet, added touch, that she prayed for a safe drive for you.

Every Chuy’s has an Elvis “shrine” in it. The one in Tulsa had an “Elvis table,” which was cool and unique.

You are so lucky to have met Amber. I can't wait to hear about the National Weather Service since I'm a weather nerd too. I'd also like to visit the CDC since I'm a medical nerd too.

It's funny, she told me she had a taco salad for lunch. I knew you were near her, and I didn't put two and two together that she had lunch with you until she said something.
