Cupcake!

Oh how I love cupcakes. I like to bake a cupcake. Not a fake cupcake. But a small cupcake. A cake is to big. A small cupcake is just right. I do not want a mistake. I want a small cupcake. I want a decorated cupcake which is easier to eat than a cake. How about you. I am going to the bakery tomorrow to see if I can find a nice decorated cupcake to buy and eat. That sounds so good to me. Tomorrow is the day for a nice treat.

Cupcakes are hard to resist. I think I will take a brownie over a cupcake, but I am not likely to turn down either honestly.

That is what I do with a cake. I make square ones that are easier to cut and eat.

I prefer a cake. Cupcakes that have to be peeled before I can eat them are annoying. I always get icing on my fingers.

At the moment my Mom is making blueberry muffins every week. They are delicious, and certainly don’t last long . I’m not too fussed about having cakes decorated to be honest….id rather have just the cake.

There are loads of recipes for "mug cakes" which are basically the size of a cupcake but made in a coffee mug.
