I think I am going to try it. I read that a cardiologist is recommending for everyone to eat two apples per day for heart health. I suppose maybe you could eat one per day and take apple cider vinegar in lieu of a second one. Our grocery store has smAll apples in a bag. It wouldn't"t be a big problem to eat two of those per day.

If I could find some Rome apples I would eat two a day. I don't care for the really crispy apples.

Amazon has a lot of apples, but Rome isn't one of the varieties.

I imagine half an apple is better than no apples

I had two apples yesterday. I bought a cardboard 'basket' full of small apples but now I need to get rid of them.

Even l apple a day is good for our health - but if we consume loads of other unhealthy stuff - one or even two apples a day would make little difference.

Well obviously, loads of unhealthy stuff would be counterproductive.

Sounds like a simple and tasty habit to try. Those small apples would make it easy to stick with.

I would not mind small apples. I was disappointed in the last apples I bought because they did not taste ripe and sweet. Sometimes the apples you find in the store are huge.

That's great information for everyone. What we eat is one banana a day.

I used to be able to eat 2 apples a day, but now I find them too filling, and can only manage half an apple twice a day. I like to peel and slice mine so that it stays fresh in the refrigerator until my last break which is when I eat my second half. I always buy a good sized apple, not the little ones. It will be nice in the months to come when they come in season here.

I could easily eat two full size apples per day, but I wouldn't prefer to.

I eat one after lunch, I will not switch to two per day, too much fiber for me.

I love apples. I try to eat them often and I do the apple cider vinegar in salads and I mix it with water and drink it.

I am eating one now I read before where a cardiologist said A Waldorf salad is one of the best things you can eat. I bet using plain yogurt would make it that much better
