Disconnected.

Last week was a very busy week for me. Before the weekend and throughout the weekend, I felt disconnected from the virtual world.
I actually chose to disconnect myself from the online world.
I didn’t check much on social media, skipped replying to some messages, and just focused on what was happening around me.
I prioritized resting, enjoying simple moments, and giving myself time to breathe.
It felt good to slow down, away from the constant buzz of notifications.
Now that the weekend is over, I feel a bit more recharged and ready to face the week ahead.
Sometimes, stepping back is exactly what we need to move forward with a clearer mind.
Do you sometimes feel like this?

Yes, I do I'm not on social media. My online activities to mylot and swagbuks only. No Facebook, no X. Had I been on the social media, I would not have time to live in real world.

I didn't use to chat with my cellphone in a whole day. I use to check if I have important emails or messages on my cellphone once a day.

I always do that, especially when the weekend comes—I start distancing myself from anything related to the online world. I’m usually active from Monday to Wednesday, but by Thursday, I begin to slow down, and on weekends, I take a step back. I might peek in now and then, but I don’t stay longer than usual.

that's the best thing for the human mind to reset it's self
from all the reactions we live with online, I do the same thing.
