Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 73 degrees and partly sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 88. That is fine but the weather app says that it is going to get very humid which means I will have to close the windows and turn on the AC. . . . . . which is a shame because I didn't hear or smell Smokey McSmokerson yesterday so this place didn't smell like cigarette/pot smoke. Maybe he is in the hospital again. Maybe he just couldn't afford his stuff. Who knows? In any case the last electric bill was crazy high so I've been trying to keep the AC off as much as possible. This will be a shocker but I have no big plans for the day. I will work on my tan over at the pool when it opens at 11. In the meantime I'm going to make some pancakes with the sourdough discard since I have a lot and have to "feed" it again today. I will have to find a spot to jam the leftovers in the freezer for work day mornings. Ugh we are approaching that time again. I need to continue to research ideas for projects and fundraising for the baking club. I need to continue clearing out the fridge. Boring boring boring. Oh well. I hate adulting. What's everyone else up to today?
