A small boy whose name and age were not mentioned allowed his curious nature to get his attention in an attempt to retrieve a stuffed animal that was inside a claw machine on Monday July 7. The incident took place at a community center in Mason Ohio when a volunteer saw the boy enter the claw machine, . The volunteer contacted the local police who along with Emergency Medical Services came to the community center to rescue the boy by taking the claw machine to another room and dismantle the claw machine to rescue the boy who was not harmed. The mom and child were reunited with the boy sharing with his mom his stuffed animal that he won. Link is upi.com/3951752253692 via @upi

Where's his mom? Why is it he wasn't noticed?

I guess the mom was busy not paying attention to her son.

That’s actually more common than people realize. I’ve seen several stories about kids doing that.

After an experience like that I would have let the child have all the stuffed animals in that machine just for surviving,

Pleased he was safe ….shame he wasn’t being supervised though ….it would have took him a fair bit of time to get inside the machine !

That is true that the mom needed to keep a sharp eye on her son.

He must have been quite small to be able to fit into the machine.

The boy must have been smart to be able to win the prize, but angry that it did not come out to him, and at least in the end he got his prize. I bet the mother will think twice about leaving her kid to entertain himself in such machines on his own, in the future.

Hopefully the mom learned a lesson not to leave her son alone near a claw machine.

I've seen stories and videos about children crawling into the machines. They just can't resist the lure of the stuffed animals.

That is true since stuffed animals are loved by small children.
