I might have gone mad.

My garden is awash with mist this morning after the torrid heat of yesterday. I’ve woken into it from a bizarre dream in which Rebekah, wife of Isaac in the Old Testament story, was making a sleeping bag. It was extremely well made, but turned out to measure only 12 British inches long so she turned it inside out and used it as a hat. Sometimes I worry about myself.
And I really don’t know what to make for dinner tonight. My wife doesn’t know either.

I love the weird scenarios that the brain concocts during sleep. My dreams are always vivid and stressful.

What a hoot but I guess a good use for a miniature sleeping bag. We get hard pressed for good meals as well.

That's so interesting the way you wrote that, as if most of us didn't already believe you were somewhat mad.

I kept putting off making dinner because nothing sounded good but was finally hungry enough to go in and cook, anyway. *shrug*

Great dream!
Yesterday I was texting my partner (I'm away in Wales) and I was trying to write 'I'm going inside now' (no signal inside this old stone house) but the text assistant or whatever you want to call it tried to correct me to 'I'm going insane' which I thought was quite amusing!
