Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 84 degrees F and partly sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The weather app says we are getting rain soon. Fine with me. I didn't go to the flea market with the neighbor. My dishwasher is being a jerk so I had to run the load for the third time. . . and I still have a full sink of dirty dishes. Soooo I ran it again and took a nap while it did its thing. We shall see how they look in a few minutes. I could go over to the pool but I'm not in the mood. Another neighbor texted me asking me to let her know if there is a lifeguard there (aka it is open) and I just had to roll my eyes. She is the one who lives in the very next building over so she is 1 minute from the pool and she is the one who drives there. In any case as much as I do love my pool time I'm just not feeling it today and that is okay. I'm an adult and can do whatever I want on a day off. Soooooo what am I going to get up to this afternoon? Maybe I'll finally get around to making the msemen Moroccan flatbread that I've had my eye on. (also called melloui and rghaif) I don't know. Again I don't have to do anything other than just enjoy the fact that I'm not at work. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?
