In this age of bamboozlement,
my sister gives me Robert Frost;
those soft pages a reminder to fall
never mind the landing
just wheel away into the wind
deafened to the sound of fired guns.
I ran into this poem that I wrote seven years ago. How sad that it is very much contemporary. One hopes that it won't fit so well in seven more years. God save us all.
Hubby and I are just back from 35 minutes in the warm pool. Relaxing but a workout. He is upstairs listening to the radio and I am thinking about making apple pie filling- once Fred cat gets up. Ha ha I hope your Thursday is going well.

I'm glad you both had good workouts. I think you should both rest for a little while. Swimming is a strenuous workout.

@DaddyEvil Thanks. You could go look at a water aerobics class on Youtube. That's what I am doing in the water, minus an instructor.
