I had a blueberry, cream cheese tortilla this morning. I saw an easy recipe online, and it looked good. It was good, but next time I will find my real maple syrup instead of the light syrup I used. It was easy. I have a ton of tortillas and this gave me a chance to use one. It is like a crepe without making a crepe. I think I will try a nutella, banana one the next time I make one. That should be delicious. Cream cheese and jelly, savory, the possibilities are really endless. The only thing I have made like that before is a grilled cheese quesadilla. Do you use tortillas for other than Mexican food?

I like real maple syrup, I think I need to buy more. I use the Italian version of tortillas (piadine) to serve ham, salami or cream cheese. Did you ever try sopapillas? Fried puffed dough served with a drizzle of honey or cinnamon and sugar. Easy to make, delicious.

@snowy22315 I like them, we have a similar version that we dust with powdered sugar, they are usually made the week before Ash Wednesday.

It sounds delicious. I made little vegetable cut outs with cream cheese once. A lady in our church made them for a potluck, and they were delicious.

@snowy22315 You slice the tortilla into Vs, or repeated squares, or a Cookie cutter is fine too (I like the inventiveness) then you put a thin or thick layer of cream cheese, then sprinkle the vegetable mix on top. I refrigerate them to get them really cold. . Of course, you can accomplish it however you want, depending on what seems easier, and you don’t have to dice the veggies really small if your tortilla is one of the larger ones.

You put the veggies on the cream cheese, refrigerated and cut out? Did you use a cookie cutter? That would still be sticky.

I don't cook, I usually bought outside, or wait for my mom's cooking.

We have several types of tortillas in the fridge but I don't use them. Pretty makes herself different things with them.

That does sound really good and lots of possibilities for future ideas. I bet the Nutella & banana would be delicious. I don't really use tortillas but I bet they would be a good substitute for a pizza crust.
