Chinese for supper

We decided that as we had been out all day we would have a takeaway....better than starting to cook .
Anyway we decided on Chinese so we ordered ....
Egg fried rice
Chicken chow mein
Special satay
Chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce
We got free prawn crackers with that.
What do you order from a Chinese takeaway ?

Chinese is our absolute favorite ethnic cuisine and we tend to go a bit crazy when we order it. We get shrimp fried rice, shrimp lo mein, shrimp mei fun, crab Rangoon, egg rolls, pork fried rice, beef pepper steak or beef broccoli, General Tso's chicken or orange chicken. Sometimes we'll get fried scallops. It's just good eats and usually sets us back about $70. lol

I am allergic to shrimp.
You are the second person to mention crab Rangoon.....what is it ?

@Traceyjayne Yikes. I love shrimp. I'd hate to be allergic to them. As for crab Rangoon, it is basically a crispy, deep-fried wrapper (I think wonton) filled with crab meat, cream cheese, scallions and other seasonings. It's DELICIOUS!

I love the Crab Rangoon and Orange Chicken. It's been over a year since I've had Chinese. I'm due!

Never heard of crab Rangoon . Just checked the takeaway menu ... Nope not there ! Sounds interesting though.

We have spring rolls at home when there are three of us ... Here it's just me and The Mister and he is not keen ... I can't eat them by myself. . well, I'm sure I could ! Lol

Normally I order the Springfield-style Cashew Chicken and Pretty orders the same. We get fried rice with it and Pretty takes my rice.
