Siomai Time.

Siomai is one type of steamed dumpling. There are many out there but I prefer this one. It's made of pork and shrimps. It is one of my comfort foods. I just dip it into soy sauce with calamansi and chili. Have you every tried this?

I also like siomai with pork and shrimps... And the Japanese siomai.... Have you tried mushroom siomai?

No, I have not tried it. I don't eat non vegetarian so frequently, also we don't get sea foods so abundantly as don't eat sea food so frequently.
