It’s been all go here this morning …..what a busy cul de sac ! I am such a curtain twitcher !

So I live in a small cul de sac of just 16 houses.
We don’t have a lot of traffic or visitors. It is usually very quiet here ….but not this morning ….
Firstly Pat, the lady two doors away had a new washing machine delivered. I recalled that her old one was left out for the tatters over a month ago ….i wonder how she had been doing her washing since then !
Secondly, the lady in the corner ….who walks her dogs each day but does not talk to anyone ….had her groceries delivered.
Thirdly, Pete, from two doors away …..in the other direction … had a delivery from the garden centre….except nothing was taken off the van so I don’t think he was in. He does go out walking three times a day though.
So, dear MyLotters….i have been a real curtain twitcher this morning.
It’s raining now, so I’m going to have a coffee with Baileys and watch a film on Netflix …..

Didn't we have this discussion once already? 
I don't look outside if I hear a noise... Unless it's someone ringing my doorbell, it's not my business. I leave the neighbors alone and always hope they'll leave me alone.
Edit to add: I'm awake now because I needed a bathroom break. I'll be going back to sleep in a little while.

I heard a lot of banging and clattering when the washing machine was delivered….i didn’t see the van as it didn’t have to go past our house til it left. I wondered what the noise was.
The garden centre van ….i was surprised to see it as it’s the garden centre we use, but I didn’t know they delivered.
The grocery one ….was a total snoop !

I’m not feeling so well, so when I hear a noise, I say a quick prayer begging God to not let that be someone about to knock on my door. Considering I’ve heard “Maintenance “ yelled a couple times this morning I feared I’d have to get up and go to the door.

I think I will call it a day soon.
I went to the pharmacy to buy my parents' meds, and my sister's vitamins, then I went to the cafe doing myLot.
I got home and continuously doing myLot until now. I am now currently in my 142 comments.

I see a lot of people walking past our entrance. Sitting in the lounge, where I myLot, I can see out to the street. One day I'm going to count how many walk by on the way to the coffee shop up on the corner.

My neighbor across the street keeps tabs on me all the time. She always knows who comes and goes. Not doing anything of importance today.
