The shelves here are self-destructing

A couple of years ago the shelf in the lower cabinet where I keep my cookware, colanders, etc. "fell". Whatever was holding it up somehow failed and the shelf wound up literally just resting on top of whatever bowls, pots, etc. I had in there. It was/is annoying but I didn't feel the need to have maintenance come deal with it. I've survived. Well last week at some point the 2 shelves in the upper cabinet where I keep the dishes, glasses, etc. became crooked too. I had heard banging in the next apartment over. Who knows what the guy was doing but I suspect that is what dislodged the shelves. Nothing broke but they are crooked, I can't fit everything in there, etc. I've been asking the manager to send maintenance over for days. The dishwasher situation isn't totally resolved but it is less pressing for me than these stupid shelves. I just called her again and was like "please send someone over today because I am back to work next week and won't be around". We shall see if anyone shows up.
